The Earthquake Ridge Trail Complex offers some of the best mountain bike trails in western Arkansas. Roughly 6 miles of established trails exist in the complex. This year’s 9 mile course consists of heart-dropping sprints, long sections of gorgeous singletrack, steep climbs, long extended climbs, as well as fun descents and wider, passable doubletrack sections! This is a “real mountain bike race” because it will test all riding skills!
This race is NORBA sanctioned, so a NORBA license is required to participate in this event. NORBA yearly licenses can be purchased at the event. Also, NORBA one day licenses will be available for $5. Sandwiches, drinks, and fruit will be available on race day.
A percentage of the proceeds from this event will be given to local organizations. Also, $2 for every rider goes back to the Arkansas Mountain Bike Championship Series to help fund things such as the end of the year awards and the Junior Scholarship.
